Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a medical-surgical or acute care setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for travel nursing and adapting to new environments.
