Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units (ICU, ER, Med-Surg, etc.)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EMR systems
- Adhere to infection control standards and safety regulations
- Assist in orientation and mentorship of facility staff as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS/NRP as needed
- Graduation from accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Flexibility to adapt to new clinical environments and protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel independently and relocate temporarily
- Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
