Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care in diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical progress accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and facility-specific protocols
- Participate in rapid-response situations and emergency care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (or compact state with ability to obtain OH license)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred for critical care roles
- Flexibility to adapt to new hospital systems and workflows
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
