Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care settings including ICU, ER, and MedSurg units
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
- Provide patient education and support to patients and families

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in specialty area
- BLS, ACLS, and any specialty-specific certifications required
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as needed
