Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures accurately
- Process and label specimens according to laboratory protocols
- Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
- Provide patient education on pre-test preparation
- Utilize LIS systems for specimen tracking and documentation

Qualifications
- Current California Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT)
- 1+ years of clinical phlebotomy experience
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Excellent venipuncture skills in diverse patient populations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid CPR certification
