Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and JCAHO standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of New Mexico or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC or PALS preferred
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environments
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to varying schedules
