Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings including ICU, ER, and MedSurg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures per protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards and facility-specific policies
- Provide patient/family education and discharge planning support
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (TNCC/PALS preferred)
- BSN degree strongly preferred
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
