Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor and document patient vitals, progress, and response to interventions
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and facility safety standards
- Provide patient education on health conditions and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/BCLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in rotating schedules
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
