Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in acute care settings (ICU/ER)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Adapt quickly to new environments and workflows
Qualifications
- Active MI RN license or compact state license
- 1+ years of acute care experience (ICU/ER preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility for 8-13 week assignments
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Pass background/drug screening
