Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in ICU/Telemetry units with 4:1 patient ratios
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Document patient progress accurately in Epic EMR systems
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and hospital protocols
- Participate in rapid response and code blue situations
- Provide patient and family education with compassion and clarity
Qualifications
- Active NE RN license or compact state license
- 2+ years of recent ICU/Telemetry experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Experience with Epic EMR systems strongly preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
