Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry)
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to facility protocols
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adapt quickly to new environments and maintain clinical competence
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or willingness to obtain TX license)
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; specialty certifications preferred
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to varying patient loads
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Pass background check and drug screening
