Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document vital signs accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop optimal care plans.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and intervene immediately when necessary.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care instructions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate medical records and electronic health documentation.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to different healthcare environments and patient populations.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
