Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with hospital standards and protocols.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document vital signs, medical history, and care plans accurately.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healing environment for all patients and visitors.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a medical-surgical or relevant specialty unit.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
