Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical examinations and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve recovery goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the United States.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Valid US work authorization and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Flexibility to travel to various assignments and adapt to different facility cultures.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number is preferred.
