Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and MedSurg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Adhere to hospital policies and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
- 1+ years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights/weekends
