Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in acute care or medical-surgical settings.
- Assess patient health issues, risks, and needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Document patient medical history and symptoms accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient recovery and intervene when necessary.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana or compact state.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and schedules.
- Willingness to travel within the New Orleans metropolitan area.
