Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in emergency/trauma departments
- Assess patient conditions and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Utilize advanced medical equipment (provided)
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital protocols
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Jersey or compact state
- 2+ years recent ER/ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to new environments quickly
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
