Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and medical conditions to ensure accurate documentation and timely interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with strict healthcare protocols.
- Assist physicians and registered staff during examinations and procedures.
- Provide compassionate care to patients and their families, answering questions and explaining treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided in electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School (ADN or BSN).
- Active or pending RN License in the state of Nevada (or compact state eligibility).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
