Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures with four-handed dentistry techniques
- Operate digital radiography systems and intraoral cameras
- Prepare and sterilize instruments following OSHA protocols
- Manage patient flow and chairside assistance
- Take accurate dental impressions and pour models
- Maintain digital patient records and treatment plans
- Provide post-op instructions and patient education
Qualifications
- Active RDA certification required (or eligible)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
- Ability to handle multiple patients efficiently
- Valid California driver's license
