Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with specialized training protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress using EMR systems
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Utilize advanced clinical skills in specialized units (ICU, ER, etc.)
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- Ability to adapt to new clinical environments quickly
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to complete paid training modules
- Flexibility for 13-week travel assignments
