Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings across the Denver metro area
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EMR systems
- Adhere to all JCAHO, OSHA, and facility-specific protocols and standards
- Participate in remote case management and telehealth consultations when applicable
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (Compact License preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP for specific units)
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and healthcare systems
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local assignments
