Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings across Los Angeles
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient assessments and progress using EMR systems remotely
- Adhere to JCAHO, HIPAA, and state nursing regulations
- Participate in virtual case conferences and continuing education
- Manage telehealth consultations for follow-up care
- Conduct patient education via secure video platforms
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and EMR systems
- Ability to travel to LA facilities for on-site rotations
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication abilities for remote patient interactions
