Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Accurately document patient information, assessments, and interventions in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting (ICU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different healthcare facility environments.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
