Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings across St. Petersburg facilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to JCAHO, OSHA, and facility-specific compliance protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Provide education to patients/families on treatment plans and preventive care
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations
- Maintain infection control standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
- Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
