Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical unit (ICU/ER/Med-Surg)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document EHR records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient safety protocols and infection control measures
- Educate patients/families on care plans and discharge instructions
- Adhere to facility-specific policies and JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact license acceptable)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Telemetry or ICU experience preferred
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights)
- Valid US passport and unrestricted work authorization
- COVID-19 vaccination compliant
