Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning, adhering to hospital protocols.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergencies.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a specialty area.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Valid state ID and proof of residency (if required by state regulations).
- Flexibility to travel and work rotating shifts as needed.
