Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings (ER, ICU, MedSurg)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans
- Adapt quickly to new facility protocols and electronic health records
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to JCAHO standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with state nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- BSN degree preferred
- Travel nursing experience highly valued
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
