Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings including hospitals and specialty clinics
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining documentation standards
- Assess patient conditions and respond to emergent situations with clinical expertise
- Provide patient education and support to promote health and recovery
- Adhere to facility protocols, HIPAA compliance, and state nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to adapt to new clinical environments and protocols
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work 36-48 hour weeks including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for travel nursing
