Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care remotely using EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific protocols
- Participate in telehealth consultations for post-discharge follow-up
- Maintain accurate remote documentation of patient progress
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Proficient in EMR documentation with remote access capabilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Strong communication skills for virtual team collaboration
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments with optional extensions
