Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units (ICU, ER, Med-Surg, etc.)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Document clinical observations accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission and state nursing regulations
- Adapt quickly to new hospital systems and departmental workflows
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; specialty certifications preferred
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend options)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
