Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care to post-operative and trauma patients
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
- Administer specialized medications and IV therapies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Document patient progress with EMR systems
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
- 2+ years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- BSN preferred (ADN with experience considered)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to new environments quickly
