Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to ICU patients with complex conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and adjust care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on post-hospital care
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license (compact accepted)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Travel nursing experience preferred
