Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Adapt quickly to new protocols and electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific regulations
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and timely
- Participate in emergency response and critical care procedures as required
- Support orientation and training of new facility staff
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required, specialty certifications preferred
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
- Successful completion of background check and health screening
