Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond to medical emergencies with critical thinking and rapid action.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a relevant specialty (e.g., Med-Surg, ICU, Telemetry, ER).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a valid work visa.
- Positive background check and drug screen clearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying shift schedules and travel requirements.
