Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care in diverse medical settings.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical observations accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Adapt quickly to new hospital protocols and electronic health record systems.
- Ensure a safe and clean patient environment.
- Participate in shift handoffs and patient handovers effectively.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Indiana (or compact state).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
