Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings (ICU, ER, Med-Surg)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission and state regulations
- Provide patient/family education and emotional support
- Adapt quickly to new environments and facility-specific workflows
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- 2+ years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BSN preferred (ADN considered with experience)
- ACLS, BLS, and specialty certifications required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
- Pass background and drug screenings
- Valid driver's license for housing relocation
