Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care according to facility protocols.
- Assess patient needs, administer medications, and document vital signs accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop optimal care plans.
- Respond immediately to emergencies and critical situations.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.

Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Wisconsin (or compact state).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and shift schedules.
- National background check and drug screen clearance.
