Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient health status and needs.
- Clinical Care: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring all protocols are followed for patient safety.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documenting patient progress and care plans.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations within the unit.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a compassionate patient-centric approach.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible part-time shifts and adapt to different healthcare environments.
