Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Nebraska.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different healthcare environments.
