Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care and assessment.
- Document patient outcomes and medical records accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and patient needs.
- Assist with orientation and training of new staff when required.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to travel for short-term assignments.
