Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in accordance with facility standards and nursing protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Document patient progress, outcomes, and any changes in condition thoroughly.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including OSHA and HIPAA standards.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care or relevant nursing experience.
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
- Flexibility to travel and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
