Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care as part of a diverse healthcare team.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Document patient medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Complete all required training modules and continuing education units as part of the paid training program.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or a compact state.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care nursing experience (Med-Surg, ICU, ER, or Telemetry preferred).
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willing to obtain).
- Willingness to participate in the paid training program and meet competency milestones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina required to handle the demands of travel nursing.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
