Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to provider orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor critical patient vitals and respond immediately to changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment by adhering to all safety and infection control policies.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the United States.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to different facility cultures and shifts.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
