Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ICU/Stepdown units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Adhere to JCAHO and facility protocols
- Assess patient conditions and intervene appropriately
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri (compact license accepted)
- 2+ years ICU/Stepdown experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments quickly
