Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, MedSurg)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals accurately
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and facility protocols
- Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications
- Active CA RN license (compact license accepted)
- 2+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts independently
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work in various hospital settings
