Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across multiple specialties including ICU, ER, and MedSurg
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient monitoring and consultations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Adhere to hospital protocols and state nursing regulations
- Provide mentorship to local staff during assignments
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with telehealth technology preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments
- Valid driver's license for local travel needs
