Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages in a medical facility setting.
- Monitor patient health status, administer medications, and document vital signs accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the wider healthcare team.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to all hospital protocols and safety regulations.
- Communicate patient needs and updates to families and multidisciplinary staff members.
- Participate in the onboarding and orientation process for new travel assignments.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN License in the state of New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- No prior nursing experience required (New Grads are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and travel to different facilities.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to patient-centered care.
