Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under preceptor guidance in acute care settings
- Assess patient conditions and document clinical observations accurately

- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Complete required training modules for facility-specific systems
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or eligibility for Louisiana licensure)
- Nursing degree (ADN or BSN) within the last 12 months
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Completion of clinical rotations or new graduate program
