Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, Med-Surg, and ICU units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Participate in emergency response situations and rapid assessment protocols
- Maintain strict adherence to hospital policies and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States or willingness to obtain Texas license
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and clinical settings
- Pass background check and drug screening
