Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical, telemetry, or ICU settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Adhere to hospital protocols and infection control standards
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission and state regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active RN license in Florida (or eligible for endorsement)
- Graduation from accredited nursing program within last 6 months
- Passionate about patient care and professional growth
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to new environments
- Valid BLS certification (required before assignment start)
